Prices are displayed in RON with VAT included and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping fees.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to you upon physical delivery of the goods.

Shipping is currently available only within Romania.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014, as amended by OUG 18/2026), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to state a reason.

In compliance with OUG 18/2026, we provide a dedicated withdrawal function directly through our Website, allowing you to submit your withdrawal request online and receive automatic confirmation, in addition to any other contact method described in our Return Policy.

This right may not apply to:

clearly personalized or custom-made products
products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (where applicable)
