This Shipping Policy explains how UNCA STUDIO SRL processes and delivers orders placed on https://unca.studio.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship orders only within Romania.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and the courier service.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, where available, so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned because of incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
